Prep. Chromatography

Porton has set up the technical team of prep-SFC and the R&D and production capacity of separation and purification in the Chongqing Liangjiang R&D Center. At present, the R&D center is equipped with analytic-grade SFC equipment and a number of chiral and achiral analysis columns that can quickly screen different prep-SFC separation conditions and realize the development and optimization of SFC separation methods. Preparation-grade SFC equipment for scale-up production has a capacity of approximately 1-5 kg per month (depending on the separation method), with dynamic compression columns and spring columns that can be filled with a variety of fillers as required by the project and the separation method.
