Porton Concludes Productive Presence at CPHI China 2026
Porton Pharma Solutions Ltd. (“Porton”) wrapped up a productive three-day presence at CPHI China 2026, which was held from June 16 to 18 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. This year’s gathering brought together over 3,600 exhibitors and attracted more than 110,000 attendees from across the global pharmaceutical industry. Porton presented a comprehensive, end-to-end service portfolio spanning Small Molecules, TIDES, Biologics and Conjugates, and Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products, underscoring its established presence and capabilities across complex drug modalities.
Engaging with the Global Pharmaceutical Community
Throughout the three-day exhibition, Porton’s technical and business development teams held in-depth conversations with visiting clients and partners, tailoring CMC strategies to meet the specific requirements of diverse drug development stages, from early development through commercial supply. These interactions highlighted Porton’s integrated capabilities in custom R&D and manufacturing across both small-molecule modalities and emerging therapeutic formats.
Where Technical Depth Meets a Human Touch
Alongside professional showcases, Porton dedicated a special area to the “WeCare Initiative”, a corporate social responsibility program in collaboration with young artists affected by Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). The colorful artworks on display added a warm and meaningful dimension to the exhibition space. Beyond the art, Porton also took the opportunity to call on the broader pharmaceutical industry to pay greater attention to rare disease communities and join efforts in advancing the development of treatments for rare diseases.
Digital Experience on Display
Aligned with the company’s technology-driven innovation strategy, Porton continues to advance its digital and intelligent manufacturing capabilities, integrating AI and automation across R&D laboratories and manufacturing sites to enhance efficiency and quality throughout the full CDMO workflow. As part of this year’s interactive experience, Porton set up an AI-powered portrait generator, allowing visitors to create personalized cartoon avatars, a lighthearted yet fitting addition that resonated strongly with attendees.
